I am a first generation Cuban/Venezuelan American born to one of the most diverse cities in the U.S, Miami, FL.

After moving from my beloved home town to Philadelphia and now the San Francisco Bay area I have come to realize that their is strength in everyones distinguished diverse background.

My vision for this blog is simple:  To write about a cultural individual in todays society and how we can utilize are upbringing and background to excel in life, whether that be professionally or socially. Our diversity can be used so that we can be indispensable in the job market and become future thought leaders of America.
